Common questions
Is Mochirix free to play?
Yes. Every puzzle, mode and creature is free to every player, and buying something never changes a battle.
Where is my progress saved?
In your account when you are signed in, and in this browser when you are signed out.
Signed in: progress is saved to your account. Sign in again on your account page, in any browser, and it comes back. Signed out: progress belongs to this browser, so a private window, another browser or clearing site data starts afresh, and the Reset progress control on the home page erases it on purpose. Sign in to keep it: this browser’s progress moves into the account. Accounts are for people 18 and over. Sound, volume and motion settings always stay in each browser.
Why did a battle go differently from what I expected?
Battles have no random rolls: the same line-ups always give the same result. The rules explain targeting, shields and speed order step by step.
A payment says “being confirmed”. What should I do?
Please do not pay again. The order is checked with the payment provider until the payment is proven, declined or expires. See payments and delivery.
Something I bought has not arrived. Where can I see it?
The order page shows each part’s state and its recovery. See payments and delivery.
How do I get a refund?
See refunds and cancellations: it explains when you can cancel, when Mochirix refunds without being asked, and exactly what a refund takes back and what it leaves.
When you write
It helps to include:
- the order reference, or the puzzle and what you did, for a game problem;
- what you expected and what you saw instead;
- your browser and device, for anything on screen.
Never send card details or passwords; they are not needed to help you.
If any part of Mochirix does not work with your keyboard, screen reader, zoom or motion settings, please tell us: the game is meant to be fully playable that way.
Complaints procedure
- Tell us. Write to placeholder and start the subject with “Complaint”. Include the order reference if it is about a purchase.
- We confirm we have it. placeholder.
- We look into it. For an order, we check its recorded history: quote, payment events, deliveries, refunds and grants. A completed payment cannot be edited; corrections are added as new records, so the history shows what happened.
- We reply with the outcome and what we will do about it. placeholder.
- If you are not satisfied: placeholder.
