Payments and delivery
How a purchase is quoted, paid, confirmed and delivered, what each state means, and how a stuck or failed order is recovered.
What you can buy
- Named, finite goods, each at an exact price you see before paying. Every purchase is a one-time purchase.
- No subscriptions, automatic renewals or memberships. No random packs, invented scarcity or countdowns.
- Every item has one fixed price. You can buy it on its own or put several items in a basket and pay once: a basket costs the standalone prices of the items in it you do not already own, so the order you buy in never changes the total.
- Nothing you buy changes a battle, and nothing is added to your order to reach a spending figure.
Buying, step by step
- The item page. It shows exactly what you get, how it is used in your gallery or the game, its standalone price, whether you already own it, what it adds to your collection, and when it will be delivered.
- The choice. Buy for me or Send as gift, for one item or for everything in your basket. Each order is one item or one basket.
- The quote. Before quoting, Mochirix checks what the recipient already owns (where known), any personalization brief, the currency and your billing location. The quote then fixes the exact goods, each price line, the items deducted because they are already owned, the tax, the recipient and the approved brief. It is valid for 15 minutes; changing any of those makes a new quote.
- Payment. The button reads Buy once, followed by the amount. You pay on the payment provider’s page, which charges exactly the reviewed total. Mochirix never sees or stores your card details.
- Payment being confirmed. When you come back from the provider, the order shows “Payment being confirmed” until the provider’s verified message, or Mochirix’s own check with the provider, proves the payment. Nothing is delivered before that, so check the order’s status instead of buying again.
- Delivery. Once payment is proven, your goods are granted or the gift claim is issued.
- The receipt. It shows digital goods, tax and the total paid as separate lines.
Prices, currency and tax
Prices are fixed amounts in US dollars and end in 0 or 5. Tax and refunds may include cents. A country without an approved local price list sees a clearly labelled US dollar price. A country, currency or payment method that is not supported cannot be charged, and says so before you pay.

Your card issuer may charge its own fees for a payment in US dollars; Mochirix cannot tell you whether it will.
Payment states
Every order shows its payment state. Payment and delivery are tracked separately, so you can see each.
- Created
- The order and its quote exist; nothing has been charged.
- Action required
- The provider needs something from you, such as confirming the payment with your bank.
- Pending
- Payment being confirmed. You do not need to pay again.
- Paid
- The payment is proven. Delivery starts.
- Declined
- The payment did not go through. Nothing was charged and nothing is delivered.
- Expired
- The quote or payment session ran out. Nothing new was charged; you can review a fresh quote.
- Refund pending
- A refund has been started and is being confirmed with the provider.
- Refunded
- The refund is complete. It stays complete, whatever later messages arrive.
- Disputed
- The payment is being disputed with your bank or card issuer.
Delivery
Ready-made goods should arrive within 30 seconds of a proven payment in normal operation. Personalized packages show the stage they are at and a measured estimate; they are promised within 24 hours of payment. An item counts as ready only when everything it promises has been checked. Until then the order page shows each part’s status.
- Not started
- Payment is not yet proven.
- Granted
- Ready-made goods are in your collection.
- Queued
- A personalized package is waiting to be made.
- Generating
- The personalized parts are being made.
- Checking
- Every promised file and count is being checked.
- Ready
- Everything promised has passed its checks.
- Incomplete
- Some parts are ready and others are not yet; the ready parts can be opened.
- Failed
- The package could not be made. A full refund starts automatically.
When something goes wrong
- You close the page while paying
- The order stays at Payment being confirmed. Mochirix checks pending payments with the provider on a schedule, so a lost message never strands an order.
- The provider confirms twice
- Each provider message is recorded once. A repeated confirmation gives one payment, one set of goods and one production job.
- Messages arrive out of order
- A proven payment is never undone by an earlier pending message, and a completed refund stays completed.
- The quote expired
- “The price review has expired; nothing new was charged.” Review a fresh quote.
- Price or ownership changed
- You see the previous and updated contents, deductions and total, and can accept the new quote or leave checkout.
- Currency not supported
- The quote says so, and asks you to choose a supported currency and review a new quote.
- Personalized delivery is late
- Transient failures are retried. If the whole package cannot arrive within 24 hours, you choose: keep waiting, or cancel and get a full refund.
- Personalized delivery fails
- A full refund of the order starts automatically. Only that order’s goods are reversed; anything you owned before stays.
- Production paused
- If the production route is unavailable, the offer is not sold until it is back; your existing goods keep working.
Refunds and reversals
A refund reverses only the goods that order granted and never charges you anything else. The details, including gifts and collections, are on the refunds and cancellations page.
Fraud screening
Fraud screening on payments is performed by the payment provider, placeholder. Mochirix sells cosmetic goods and stories that have no cash value and cannot be cashed out or traded, so it runs no identity checks of its own on buyers.
Mochirix keeps an audit record of every paid order, ownership deduction, licence version, dispute and grant. No administrator can edit a completed payment amount; corrections are written as new, reversible records.
